LATEST ODDS

Tottenham won the first of the two legged semi-final in North London a month ago. The Spurs are travelling to the North West with a one to nothing lead. The defending EFL Cup champions, Liverpool, will try to turn things around at Anfield this evening.

BOTH TEAMS ARE COMING OFF WINS

Both The Reds and The Spurs won away from home last weekend in the Premier League. Tottenham got the better of Brentford and won the game two to nothing. Just as Liverpool did away to Bournemouth. Mohammed Salah scored a brace down South. Liverpool have won three straight games across all competitions. Tottenham’s win over Brentford was huge since they had not been playing too well as of late.

LIVERPOOL HAS 10 LEAGUE CUP FINAL APPEARANCES

The last title the former manager Klopp won with The Reds was the League Cup last season. If Liverpool turn things around the club will be in their 11th ever final in the competition. Liverpool sit at the summit of the Premier League standings with a six point gap to the second placed Arsenal. The Merseysodersarestiullinthe FA Cup and The Champions League and could win four titles this season.

CAN TOTTENHAM WIN A TITLE THIS SEASON?

The Spurs are coming up to Anfield with a one nil lead since the Swedish teenager, Lucas Bergvall, scored the only goal in London. The Spurs are ten points above the relegation zone currently in the Premier League. The Spurs have not won at Anfield since 2011 but a draw would be enough to get into the EFL Cup final. Tottenham’s manager, Ance Postecoglou, promised the fans of Spurs that the Club would win a title under him in his second season at the club. The EFL Cup could be the best opportunity for that.
