TERMS & CONDITIONS PLAY2EARN

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Play2Earn (hereinafter referred to as the "P2E"). By participating in the P2E, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.

1. Eligibility

• 1.1. The P2E is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older and meet the specific criteria outlined in the respective bonus offer.
• 1.2. Employees, affiliates, and partners of Bring You Affiliates Ltd, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in P2E.

2. Earning Points

• 2.1. Participants earn Crystals based on qualifying activities, such as completing specific actions, or fulfilling other requirements as outlined in the P2E info page.
• 2.2. The specific crystal-earning structure will vary depending on the promotion and will be clearly detailed in the promotional offer.
• 2.3. Crystals will be credited to the participant's account after the qualifying action is completed.
• 2.4. The crystals have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.

3. Redeeming Crystals

• 3.1. Crystals can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits as specified in P2E´s reward shop.
• 3.2. Redemption of Crystals is subject to availability of rewards and may be limited or subject to change without prior notice.
• 3.3. Crystals may have a minimum threshold before redemption is allowed, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• 3.4. Crystals cannot be transferred or combined with other participants' Crystal unless explicitly stated by Bring You Affiliates Ltd.

4. Crystals Expiration

• 4.1. Crystals may expire after a certain period of inactivity in the participant's account. Inactivity is defined as no qualifying actions (e.g., purchases or redemptions) within a period of 3 months.
• 4.2. Bring You Affiliates LTD reserves the right to void or remove any expired Crystals without prior notice.

5. Bonus Crystals

• 5.1. Bonus Crystals may be awarded for certain special activities or promotions, such as referrals, anniversaries, or promotional events.
• 5.2. Bonus Crystals may be subject to different expiration rules or redemption criteria, as outlined in the specific offer.
• 5.3. Bring You Affiliates LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus Crystals promotions at any time without prior notice.

6. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

• 6.1. Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity related to P2E, such as creating multiple accounts, manipulation of the system, or exploitation of P2E loopholes, may result in the immediate forfeiture of Crystals and disqualification from P2E.
• 6.2. Bring You Affiliates Ltd reserves the right to investigate and take necessary action in the event of suspected abuse, including suspending or terminating the participant's account.

7. P2E Modifications and Termination

• 7.1. Bring You Affiliates Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate P2E, or any of its aspects, at any time without prior notice.
• 7.2. In the event of P2E termination, participants will be given 10 days to redeem any accumulated Crystals before they are forfeited.
• 7.3. Changes in the Crystal-earning structure, reward shop, or terms and conditions will be communicated through official Bring You Affiliates Ltd channels.

8. Crystal Balance and Discrepancies

• 8.1. Participants are responsible for keeping track of their Crystal balance, which will be available in their account dashboard.
• 8.2. Any discrepancies in the Crystals balance must be reported to Bring You Affiliates Ltd within 7 days from the date of the disputed activity.
• 8.3. Bring You Affiliates Ltd reserves the right to adjust or correct Crystals balances in case of system errors, miscalculations, or other technical issues.

9. Personal Data

• 9.1. Participation in P2E may require the collection of personal data, which will be handled in accordance with Bring You Affiliates Ltd 's Privacy Policy. 9.2. By participating in P2E, participants consent to the use of their personal data for Program administration and promotional purposes.

10. General Conditions

• 10.1. P2E is governed by and subject to the laws and regulations of Cyprus.
• 10.2. Crystals cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold unless explicitly permitted by Bring You Affiliates Ltd.
• 10.3. Bring You Affiliates Ltd is not responsible for any tax liabilities that participants may incur as a result of earning or redeeming Crystals.

11. Responsible Participation

• 11.1. P2E is designed to enhance customer engagement. Participants are encouraged to use Crystals responsibly.
• 11.2. Bring You Affiliates Ltd reserves the right to suspend or exclude participants from P2E if their participation is deemed harmful or irresponsible.

By participating in Play2Earn, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Violation of any of these terms may result in the forfeiture of your points and exclusion from P2E.
