LATEST ODDS

The basketball “El Clasico” will be played tonight in the Euroleague. Both Barca and Real Madrid needs to win. They sit in the middle of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague table. Both clubs aims to climb up the table and this game is a great opportunity to start it all.

BARCELONA COMING OFF TWO LOSSES IN THE EUROLEAGUE

Barcelona have lost their last two fixtures in the Euroleague. To Bayern Munich away and to Paris at home. These were two big losses (78-100, Bayern) and (87-103, Paris). There will be no lack of motivation for Barcelona when they square off with their eternal rivals Real Madrid. Kevin Punter has been awesome for Barca since he joined them from Partizan in the off season. Satoransky is making dimes and Metu is getting the rebounds for Barcelona.

A BIG NIGHT AT THE PALAU BLAUGRANA IN BARCELONA

Barcelona sit in the 8th position in the table with seven wins and four losses so far in the Euroleague. In the domestic Spanish league Barca have won three out of their last five games. The crowd in the Palau Blaugrana will be rooting for their team like never before. Abrines needs to hit his shots from behind the arc for Barca to get the crows going even more.

REAL MADRID ONLY TWO WINS IN THEIR LAST FIVE

Real Madrid sit at the 10th spot in the table with five wins and six losses. So far that is a big miscalculation for Real. They lost Yabusele to the NBA (76ers) in the off season. Yabusele was the heart and soul of the team. Real Madrid has only won two out of their last five games in the Euroleague. That is far from good enough for a club of Madrid’s stature.

TIME TO STEP UP FOR REAL MADRID

It is obviously time to step up for Real Madrid. If we take a look at how Real Madrid are doing in the domestic league we can see that Madrid have won five straight games. Campazzo, Musa and Tavares are the three most important players for Real Madrid. Real still haven’t found their groove this season and a win tonight could perhaps start to turn things around.
