The Heat lost to the Magic a couple of days ago after being up by 25 points in the game. The Heat travel to Orlando to avenge The Magic in The NBA Florida derby. The Jimmy Butler trade rumours are growing stronger too.

YET ANOTHER INJURY FOR THE MAGIC

Orlando’s two superstars Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner are out with severe injuries since earlier in the season. Mo Wagner, Franz’s older brother, has now unfortunately joined them on the sidelines with torn ACL injury. The Magic thrives in their next man up mentality, and as of late they have shown it on the floor. The Magic are one of the best teams on the defensive end in The NBA. The Magic are currently at the fourth spot in the East with a record of 19 wins and 12 losses.

TWO STRAIGHT WINS FOR THE ORLANDO MAGIC

The Magic had lost three straight games before they got the better of Miami and Boston in their two previous games. Two huge wins considering they were down by 25 points to The Heat and then they took out the reigning champions Boston, 108-104. The Magic were down by 15 to the Celtics. The German rookie out of Colorado University, Tristan Da Silva, had a big game at the forward spot for the Magic versus the Celtics. Da Silva is one of the next guys up, that the head coach Jamahl Mosley refers to.

JIMMY BUTLER TO BE TRADED OR NOT?

Miami’s six-time All-Star player, Jimmy Butler, is in the centre of attention at the moment. Jimmy has a player option in his contract this upcoming offseason. The 36-year-old from Texas is on the trading block in that sense that the Heat front office will pick up the phone if anybody calls. What potential suitors would offer for Butler remains to be seen and if it’s good enough for the Heat. Jimmy has missed the last two games for the Heat. Jimmy Butler is questionable for this one.

THE MIAMI HEAT ARE 6TH IN THE EASTERN CONFERENCE

The Miami Heat are currently at the 6th position in the standings of the Eastern Conference. The Heat has a record of 14 wins and 13 losses at this point of the NBA season. The Heat took care of the Brooklyn Nets, 110-95, in their prior game. Tyler Herro has taken a big leap this season and is playing the best basketball of his NBA career.
