LOS ANGELES LAKERS VS MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES

WINNER - LOS ANGELES LAKERS
The Los Angeles Lakers are under all sorts of pressure going into game five of the series. If the Lakers lose tonight their season is nothing but over. The Minnesota Timberwolves led by Anthony Edwards are up three to one in the series. The LA Lakers need to match the physicality of the Timberwolves unless they plan to go on vacation really soon.
The ANT MAN had a stellar and solid playoff performance in game four of the series. Minnesota were down in the major part of the game but came out on top 116-113. Game four was very entertaining to watch with a lot of physicality. Edwards scored 43 points and he made 12 out of his 23 shots. ANT hit five out of his ten shots from beyond the arc. ANT grabbed nine boards and had six dimes. He played his heart out on defence and guarded Lebron James full court on a couple of possessions. Anthony Edwards ain't, evidently, scared of no one. Edwards wants to take down Luka Doncic and Lebron. Now he has a couple of opportunities to do so.
Game four of the series was very close and Naz Reid made the difference with a couple of huge shots down the stretch of the game (two massive three pointers). Last season’s 6th man of the year scored 12 points in the game. Julius Randle had himself another great playoff game. He is slowly but surely killing the (New York) )narrative of him being a bum in the postseason. Randle had 25 points, seven rebounds, three dimes and one steal. Julius made nine out of his 22 shot attempts and was plus eight in a three point win.
Donte Divincenzo had an awful shooting night with only three made shots in eleven attempts. Donte made a lot of important hustle plays off the bench. Divincenzo had five steals in game four of the series and he was running all over the floor. Jaden McDaniels had another sharp game with 16 points scored and he grabbed eleven boards. Jaden was a menace, as usual, on the defensive end of the floor for the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wolves were down by ten points at the start of the 4th quarter. Jaden McDanoels spoke to nba.com after game four and told them: “We gotta stay together and when we do stay together, we can comeback from big deficits“.
Lebron James had a volatile ending to game four with some huge plays on the defensive end of the floor and with a couple of huge mistakes on the other end. Lebron had 27 points, 12 boards and eight assists. The head coach JJ Redick chose to play the same five players for the whole second half of the game. Which he has been getting criticised for, and understandably so. Lebron and Doncic looked very tired in the last six minutes of the game. They couldn't keep it together in the clutch. They lost the 4th quarter by 13 points.
Luka Doncic scored 38 points but only had two dimes and one rebound. Hachimura made five out of his ten shots from beyond the arc and scored 23 points. Rui carried The Los Angeles Lakers at the start of game four. The Wolves were constantly attacking Luka and Austin Reaves with some great results. The Lakers defence can look rough at times with both of them on the floor. Being down 1-3 in the series is a Challenge for the Lakers. Levbromn James knows how to deal with it. He said this to nba.com: “Obviously you don’t think about winning three, you think about winning the next one”.
