TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SPORTSWIZARD PREDICTION GAMES

1. Eligibility

• 1.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the prediction game.
• 1.2. The game is open to all users who have created an account on our platform, unless otherwise stated.

2. Entry Rules

• 2.1. Each participant is allowed one account. Multiple accounts by the same user may result in disqualification.
• 2.2. Entries must be submitted before the specified deadline for each game or event. Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Predictions

• 3.1. Predictions must be made based on the format and rules provided for each game or event.
• 3.2. Changes to predictions will not be allowed after the submission deadline.

4. Scoring and Ranking

• 4.1. Points will be awarded based on the accuracy of predictions, as outlined in the game rules.
• 4.2. Leaderboards will be updated real time, reflecting participants' cumulative scores.
• 4.3. In the event of a tie, the total Crystals for the tied position will be accumulated and evenly shared among the tied participants.

5. Prizes

• 5.1. Prizes will be awarded to winners as outlined in the game description.
• 5.2. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information for the event of prizes needs to distribution.
• 5.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

6. Conduct

• 6.1. Participants must not engage in cheating, manipulation, or other fraudulent activities.
• 6.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in disqualification.

7. Liability

• 7.1. The organizers are not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity or software malfunctions, that may affect participation.

8. Disputes

• 8.1. All decisions made by the organizers regarding scoring, prizes, and other game elements are final and binding.
